摘要
试验旨在建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定坚果中钼含量的检测方法。采用硝酸体系微波消解进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体光谱法对坚果中钼含量进行测定。探讨前处理条件、仪器升温程序、仪器测定条件等检测条件,并对方法进行方法学验证。结果显示,钼元素在5~60μg/L范围内线性相关系数大于0.999,方法定量限为0.05 mg/kg。在0.1 mg/kg加标水平下,回收率为101.6%~109.3%,SRSD为4.55%;在0.4 mg/kg加标水平下,回收率为94.5%~96.7%,S;为2.47%;在0.8 mg/kg加标水平下,回收率为91%~96.4%,S;为5.77%。此方法操作简便,灵敏度和精密度好,适用于测定坚果中钼的含量。
A method of microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established for the determination of molybdenum in nut.The preliminary treatment of sample was carried out by microwave digestion with HNO;.The extract was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and quantified.The linear correlation coefficient of the molybdenum was greater than 0.999 in the range of 5-60μg/L,and the limit of quantitation was 0.05 mg/kg.At 0.1 mg/kg spike level,the recovery was between 101.6%and 109.3%,and SRSD was 4.55%;At 0.4 mg/kg spike level,the recovery was between 94.5%and 96.7%,and S;was 2.47%;At 0.8 mg/kg spike level,the recovery was between 91%and 96.4%,and SRSD was 5.77%.The established method was simple and quick,and had high precision and good accuracy,which could be used for determination of molybdenum in nut.
