摘要
本文通过对微波输能技术的发展介绍,分析了作为关键技术的整流天线的工作原理,提出了一种用于微波输能的2.45GHZ整流天线的设计方案。接收天线采用矩形微带贴片天线,新颖之处在于根据光子晶体结构,对接地板进行了PBG周期性改造,实现了高了增益。整流电路采用HSMS-286B单肖特基二极管进行了设计。通过HFSS13,ADS2009实验仿真表明,整流电路在输入功率为16d Bm整流效率达到了62.9%的高效率整流,从而验证了设计的可行性。
This paper introduces the development of the microwave power transition(WPT), analyzes the rectenna which is the key technology of WPT. Further proposes a rectenna design at 2.45 GHZ for MPT. The noverlist of this regular patch microstrip antenna is the ground with PBG struture, which result high gain.. In this paper, the rectifier circuit is designed by a stchottky diode, The simulation result obtained by HFSS,ADS2009 shows the receiving antenna with performance, and the microwave rectification efficiency is 62.9% when the input power is 16 d Bm..It verifies the effectiveness of the proposed rectenna.
