摘要
本研究设计了一种具有谐波抑制功能的低输入功率倍压整流天线。该整流天线分为谐波抑制天线和倍压整流电路两个部分。文章详细的分析了整流电路的设计原理,主要设计指标的实现方法。谐波抑制天线用IE3D进行了电磁仿真,观察了S参数、增益的仿真结果。仿真结果表明,该整流天线可以工作在2.45GHz频段,并且可以在低输入功率的条件下进行工作。
A design of rectenna with harmonic rejection at low input power spresented here. It consists of a rectifier and a receive antenna with harmonic reiection. The antenna is designed and simulated in IE3D. S-Pa- rameters and Gain is observed. In order to achieve the design target, it introduced the design principle of the rectifier. The simulation results show that this rectenna can work in low input power at 2.45 GHz.
