摘要
介绍了一种高性能W波段毫米波功率合成器件。通过在耦合区的窄壁上镶嵌等腰三角形金属块,从而有效降低回波损耗,此外通过90°切角弯波导将波端口引出并外接法兰盘以满足工程应用。设计时先利用奇偶模分析法确定其基本结构参数,再利用HFSS软件对其尺寸进行优化,根据优化的尺寸进行实物的制作和测试。实物测试结果表明,在90~100GHz工作频段上,两路附加总插损优于1.2dB,隔离度优于20dB,反射系数优于20dB,不平衡度小于±0.5dB。
This paper presents a power combiner with high performance at W band. In order to reduce the return loss effectively,two isosceles triangle metal blocks are embedded in the narrow coupling wall and the waveports are drew forth by 90 degree mitered corners to meet the engineering application. First,the basic structural parameters are analysised by odd-even modes,then the size is simulated and optimized by HFSS. Futher and an optimized combiner is fabricated and measured. The measured results show that the additional total insertion loss is less than 1. 2dB,the isolation is better than 20dB, the return loss is better than 20dB and two way unbalance is less than ± 0. 5dB from 90 to 100GHz.
