摘要
通过对我院99级和2000级本科学生的高考成绩和第一次大学英语四级统考成绩的对比分析,以及影响大学生英语学习的非习得者因素的问卷调查,从教师的学历、职称层次、教学指导思想、教学目的与方法及敬业精神入手,着重对教师因素与教学效果之间的必然联系及教师在教学中的主导作用作了较为细致的调查研究和深刻探索。
The author has had a very careful investigation and a deep exploration on the necessary connection between teachers and their teaching effects by comparing their degrees, teaching models and methods as well as their devotion to teaching, after having analyzed the results of students in grade 99 and 2000 in their national examinations and results in the College English Tests and some Questionnaires of affecting non-language learners.
