摘要
基于机车车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,运用经多次实车线路试验验证的动力学仿真软件系统TTISIM,研究了部分悬挂和结构参数对“天梭”号交流传动电力机车运动稳定性的影响,仿真计算了该机车在弹性结构轨道上的整车动力性能,并根据铁道机车车辆动力性能评定标准和规范对该机车动力性能作了全面、综合评估。研究结果表明:合理选择动力学参数有利于提高机车运动稳定性;机车参数改进后能满足200km/h高速运营的需要,所有动力性能指标均具有不同程度的安全裕度。
The influence of some suspension and structure parameters on running stability of 'Tiansuo' AC drive electric locomotive isstudied with the dynamics simulation software TTISIM proven by times of field tests, and on the basis of the theory of vehicle-track couplingdynamics. The dynamics performances of the locomotive running on elastic track are simulated and calculated and estimated systemically inline with evaluated standard and specifications. The results show that optimized dynamic parameters could improve the locomotive runningreliability. After the improvement on the parameters, high speed operation at 200km/h is ensured and all the dynamic performances enjoysafety margin.
