摘要
在电动汽车研制过程中,驱动系统的参数设计对电动汽车的动力性、续驶里程等有着显著的影响。驱动系统的合理结构布置不仅可以使汽车有较高的传动效率,还能够节省空间,增加可承载电池数目,从而增加续驶里程;而驱动系统的参数匹配决定车辆的动力性能。通过对驱动系统参数设计的研究,以实现驱动系统各个部件的参数达到最佳匹配,充分发挥电动汽车的整体性能;同时也根据电动汽车驱动系统各主要零部件的技术参数,计算整车动力性能指标并进行了仿真,验证了参数设计的合理性。
In the course of the development of electric vehicle,the parameters design for drive system of electric vehicle power performance,such as limited driving distance has obvious effects.Rational structure of the drive system arrangement can not only make the high transmission efficiency,also can save space,increase the number of carry battery and travel distance.And the parameters of the drive system matching decided to vehicle dynamic performance.Based on the research of the driving system parameter design,in order to realize the parameters of the drive system parts to achieve the best match,give full play to the overall performance of the electric vehicle.Also according to the technical parameters of major parts of electric vehicle drive system,the vehicle dynamic performance indicators and simulated calculation,the rationality of parameter design is verified.
