摘要
90年代以来 ,湖北恩施自治州红庙农科所在杂交水稻三系法育种的基础上 ,借鉴玉米三交种选育方法 ,采用“基础不育系 /桥梁保持系 (高抗稻瘟病 )∥恢复系”的配组方式 ,将桥梁保持系中的主效抗性基因导入基础不育系 ,成功地育成了一系列稻瘟病抗性提高的三系三交中籼组合 ,实现了杂交水稻的稻瘟病抗性改良 ,并缩短了育种周期 ,延长了新恢复系的使用年限 ,有效地推动了稻瘟病常发病区杂交水稻的合理布局。
Since 1990s, on the basis of three-line hybrid rice breeding and drawing on the experience of three-way cross hybrid breeding in corn, the Enshi Autonomous Prefecture Hongmiao Agricultural Research Institute of Hubei Province has successfully developed a series of three-way cross indica rice hybrids with an improved blast resistance, and thus achieved the aim to improvement of blast resistance to hybrid rice, by way of the mating pattern of ″foundation CMS line/bridge maintainer line (highly resistant to blast)∥restorer line″ to introduce the resistant genes from the bridge maintainer line into the foundation CMS Line. In addition, by three-way cross method, the breeding period of resistant hybrids can be shortened and the using years of new restorer lines can be prolonged. Therefore, the rational distribution of hybrid rice varieties in the region of blast disease has been effectively pushed forward.
