摘要
应用 1DNMR和梯度 2DNMR技术 ( gCOSY ,gNOESY ,gHSQC ,gHMBC)深入研究了从链霉菌发酵物中分离提取得到的Manumycin的结构 ,并对其1 H和1 3CNMR化学位移进行了全归属 .
Manumycin produced by Streptomyces Parvulus (strain Tu 64) was extracted from the mycelium with acetone. The \{\}\+1H and 13 C NMR chemical shifts of this compound were assigned using 1D and 2D NMR techniques such as gCOSY, gNOESY, gHSQC and gHMBC.
