摘要
乌拉圭回合是世界经济贸易史上的一座里程碑。谈判结束后,作为贸易政策工具的关税、非关税措施都发生了新的变化。这一变化是经济全球化和贸易自由化的必然趋势。入世后,面对国际贸易政策工具的新变化,我国应积极利用WTO框架下的相关条款,保护国内相关产业。
Uruguay Round is a milestone in the history of the world's economy and trade. After the negotiation both the tariff and non-tariff which acts as the trading tools have changed a lot. This is the inevitable trend in the globalization of economy and trade liberalization. After entering the WTO, facing the changes in the international trade tools, we should actively take advantage of the relative articles in the framework of WTO to protect related domestic industries.
