摘要
反倾销是国际贸易中重要的贸易政策工具。中国是世界反倾销的最大受害者,而美国是对华反倾销的重要国家。美国反倾销会计备受国际社会的重视,其对华反倾销做法往往被他国模仿。研究中国近年来应诉反倾销调查失败和成功案例,积极预防和有效抗辩来自美国的反倾销起诉无疑具有重要意义。
Anti-dumping is an important tool of trade protection in international trade. China suffers most from anti-dumping, especially from the United States anti-dumping, whose anti-dumping accounting is valued by the in- ternational community and anti-dumping practices toward China are imitated by other countries. So it is of great sig- nificance to the study of the successful and unsuccessful eases of China counteracting anti-dumping investigation in recent years for active prevention and effective plea from US anti-dumping proceedings.
