摘要 论述了CA6110ZLA3型车用柴油机的排放控制方法及理论依据。通过大量的试验研究,提出了具体的技术措施,对增压器和燃油系统各参数的匹配以及供油提前角进行了试验,并分析了这些因素对NOX和PM排放的影响,使该型柴油机达到了欧 Ⅱ标准,为今后进一步改善柴油机排放性能提供借鉴和参考。 The measures taken to control exhaust emissions of the CA6110ZLA3 type diesel engine are presented. A lot of experimental studies were carried out and some technical measures were proposed for the engine. More specifically, these include the matching of turbocharger and fuel injection system, the modification of advance angle of fuel supply, and analyzed all these factors on NO_X and PM emission, which enabled the emissions from the improved engine to satisfy the EURO Ⅱ standard, whereby to provide the theoretic basis and practical experience for future development of the engines .
