摘要
在直接喷射式增压中冷车用柴油机上,通过改变增压器废气涡轮面径比,研究了不同的面径比对柴油机性能及其排放特性的影响。试验结果表明:适当地改变废气涡轮面径比,可以使增压器和发动机得到合理的匹配,不仅改善发动机的高低速性能,而且有效地降低发动机的排放。
Effects of charging turbine's inlet area radius radio of turbocharger on performance and emissions were studied through the experiments on an automotive turbo charged inter cooling direct injection diesel engine. The results show that better matching between turbocharger and engine can be acquired by selecting this parameter appropriately. Because the ratio of A/R has a rather great effect on the speed performance of turbo charged engine, by reducing the ratio of A/R , the low speed and the emission performances of engine can be improved; but it is not a proper way to the high speed. So a certain ratio of A/R is suited to a corresponding speed range. In this paper, by selecting different ratios of A/R , both the engine's performance at high and low speed conditions and its emissions behavior are improved.
