肾综合征出血热易出现微循环障碍 ,抗凝治疗可减少并发症 ,降低病死率。
The disorder of microcirculation is often seen in patients with hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome.The anticoagulant therapy can reduce the complications and decrease the mortality of this disease.It is necessary to discuss the mechanism of anticoagulant therapy and the drugs use for hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome.
