摘要
警务化管理是根据公安机关人民警察条例的规定 ,对警察事务所实施的正规化、规范化和标准化的管理活动。公安院校的警务化管理则通过学管干部的工作 ,建立学员规范的工作、学习、生活秩序 ,是培养公安高素质人才的必经之路。应做到 :1 充分认识学员队管理干部的地位作用 ;2 规范学管干部的工作内容 ;3 加强对学管干部的培养与选拔。
Policing management is a normal, regular and standard activity to manage the police affairs in accordance with the police regulations. Policing management in police academy which set up regular order of work, study and life by the efforts of students management staff is a necessary road to educate high quality personnel of the police. the following points have to be achieved: being aware of the part which students management staff play; normalizing the contents of work; strengthening the education and selection of the staff.
