摘要
对渗硼用钢、渗硼剂、渗硼工艺等因素对渗硼层疏松的影响进行了试验研究,并利用SEM二次电子形貌分析和波谱分析,探讨了疏松孔洞的形成机制及碳在渗层中分布的特点等。结果表明:空位迁移、Si扩散、渗硼气氛原子的进入是形成孔洞的先决条件。渗硼层含有一定碳量,部分疏松(孔洞)内含有球状、块状颗粒物。并据此提出了减少渗硼疏松的途径。
This paper deals with influence of the steel used for boronizing, boronizing agent and boronizing technique on the boronizing porosity. Discussion of mechanism of porosity formation and the carbon concentration profile in the boronized layer by SEM and spectrum analysis. The results show that vacancy diffusion, Silicon diffusion and the atom absorbing of the boronizing atmosphere are the main conditions for forming boronizing porosity, there is some carbon in the boronized layer, there are lump or granular particles in some of voids. Based upon the above consideration, the process to dimidnish the voids in boronized layer is suggested.
