摘要
对冷拉0.7%碳钢丝进行退火处理,用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察分析了退火处理冷拉0.7%碳钢的组织形貌,用材料拉力试验机和显微硬度计测试钢丝的抗拉强度和显微硬度,并采用ML-10型干式销盘磨损试验机观察退火冷拉钢丝在不同磨料磨损工况下的磨损特性,利用扫描电子显微镜观察分析磨损表面形貌。结果表明,以氧化铝和石英为磨料工况下,退火处理冷拉钢丝的耐磨性有少量提高;以玻璃为磨料工况下,退火处理冷拉钢丝的耐磨性大幅提高。以氧化铝和石英为磨料磨损工况下,其磨损机理以微观切削和犁沟为主;以玻璃为磨料磨损工况下,沟槽形貌消失,磨损机理发生改变。
Cold drawn 0.7%C steel wires were annealed at low temperature. The microstructure of cold drawing 0.7%C steel by annealing treatment was examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The tensile strength and microhardness of 0.7%C steel wires were measured. The wear properties of annealed 0.7%C steel was observed using two body abrasive wear test.
