摘要
利用工程设计分析软件I DEAS,对高功率加速管的冷却系统进行了计算机辅助设计研究,并通过对不同冷却条件下加速管的温度场、冷却系统的冷却效果进行的数值模拟,实现了加速管冷却系统的优化设计。这可为高束流功率低能电子直线加速器的设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the digitized design of the cooling system of 2kW traveling wave accelerator which is used for killing anthrax. The parameters of cooling system was calculated and optimized by means of finite element analysis. The work was done with the CAD software I-DEAS. As a result, a compact jacket style structure of stainless steel is got and employed in the accelerator. The system is very robust again surrounding temperature change. Now the cooling facility is running well.
