摘要
描述了对HLS储存环设计高频腔进行有限元结构分析的过程和得到的结果,诸如位移、 应力、温度场、热应力、热变形,以及机械固有频率和主振型等。这些量对高频腔水冷和结构 设计有十分重要的意义。
This paper describes the structural finite element analysis of RF cavity design for the HLS storage ring. The structural behaviours including displacement, stress, thermal field, heat stress, heat deform, natural frequency and modal shape are very important to the structural and water cooling design of the RF cavity.
