摘要
在锦纶经编网底上,用粘胶线绣花的高档内衣面料,通过染料、助剂的筛选及工艺的探讨,摸索出了一种用酸性染料、直接染料一浴法染色,可达到良好的同色效应或异色效应的染色工艺,且各种色牢度及相关有害物质的限量均可达到Oeko-Tex-standard 100的要求。
The high-grade underwear fabric is made by embroidering rayon thread on warp knitted nylon net. Through selecting dyestuffs, auxiliaries and processes, one-bath dyeing with acid/direct dyes on this fabric to get good single colour or different colour effect can be achieved.
