摘要
文中将环保型活性红P-6B与C.I.活性红218的应用性能及2-萘胺指标等进行了对比测试,结果表明:前者中致癌物质2-萘胺含量<2.0×10-5,符合环保要求,而后者中2-萘胺含量达到9.2×10-4,严重超标;前者溶解度达到150 g/L,是后者的1倍以上;两者其他各项应用性能相近.得出环保型活性红P-6B是代替C.I.活性红218理想品种的结论.
The application performance of a new environmental reactive red P-6B was introduced, compared with C.I. reactive red 218. Meanwile, 2-naphthylamine indexes for both were compared. Experimental results show that the carcinogen content of 2-naphthylamine of environmental reactive red P-6B is less than 2.0× 10-5, meeting the environmental requirement. But the 2-naphthylamine content of the C.I reactive red 218 exceeds badly up to 9.2× 10-4. In addition, the solubility of the reactive red P-6B was up to 150 g/L, which is 1 times higher than that of the C.I. reactive red 218. The other application performances of the reactive red P-6B were similar to the C.I. reactive red 218.Thus, it's a perfectsubstitution for C.I. reactive red 218.
