摘要
印花工艺设计应在符合原样的基础上,缩短工艺路线,简化方法。文中系统介绍了接单/审单、花样审理、印花工艺设计(筛网印花、圆网印花、辊筒印花等)和实施(直接印花、防印印花、拔染印花),以及染料和糊料的选择等,分析了各种工艺的优缺点及适用性。
Design of printing process should confirm to original sample with shortened process and simplified method. This paper systematically introduced the order taking/checking, pattern examination, printing process design （flat screen printing, rotary screen printing, roller printing et al ）, printing processes （direct printing, resist printing and discharge printing）, as well as selection of dyes and thickeners, advantages and disadvantages of various processes weie analyzed, application scope was put forward.
