摘要
针对目前矿山等行业使用的重载设备,带载起动困难,对电网造成冲击大,过载难以保护等不足,在研究湿式制动器的基础上,提出一种可控制的带载方式,实现重载设备软起动,并指出设计要点,难点。
Aiming at the insufficiencies of heavyduty equipment currently used in mining industry such as difficult start with load, violent impact to the electric network or difficult prevention from overload, a controllable loading method is put forward to realize the soft start of heavyduty equipment and some points and difficulties of design on the base of studying the wettype hydraulic brake are also indicated.
