摘要
通过径向柱塞马达现场试验数据和工厂测试数据分析得出升降系统马达压差大的根本原因是由于小排量的变量径向柱塞马达本身效率低导致的。通过更换效率更高的轴向柱塞马达,该问题得到彻底解决。文章以实际应用案例展示了自升式平台升降系统压差大问题的原因分析和排查方法,为其他类似案例提供了解决思路。
Based on the analysis of the radial piston motor field test data and the factory test data,it is concluded that the root cause of the large pressure difference of the lifting system motor is due to the low efficiency of the small displacement variable radial piston motor itself.By replacing the original motor by a more efficient axial piston motor,the problem is completely solved.Actual application cases are used to show the cause analysis and troubleshooting methods of the large pressure difference of the jack-up platform lifting system,which also provide solutions for other similar cases.
