摘要 双歧杆菌属有特殊的形态、生理、生物化学特性、细胞壁构成、DNA碱基组成和磷脂组成,这些构成了双歧杆菌属生物学分类的依据。双歧杆菌属内种或生物型的区分主要依据是它们的糖类发酵能力和DNA同源模板的研究。双歧杆菌对不同抗生素的敏感性不同,林可霉素对双歧杆菌有强力抑制作用,先锋霉素四号对双歧杆菌的抑制作用较弱。胃酸、胆汁酸也对双歧杆菌有明显的抑制作用。 Bifidobacteria have characteristic morphology, physiology biochemical characteristics, cell-wall constituents, DNA-base composition and phospholipids composition. These are foundation stones of biological classification of the genus Bifidobacteria. The designation of species and biotypes is on the basis of carbohydrate fermentation physiological characteristics and DNA-DNA homology studies. Bifidobacteria have shown variable sensitively to antibiotics lincomycin et al may cause significant depression of Bifidobacteria. In contrast, cephalexin causes culture suppression. Gastric acid and bile acids also have inhibitory effect to Bifidobacteria.
