摘要
用死、活双岐杆菌和生理盐水经口饲喂小鼠。１０日后分别检测小鼠对耐寒、耐热、耐疲劳的时间和对胸腺、脾脏的刺激作用。结果表明活双岐杆菌可明显提高小鼠的耐寒、耐热、耐疲劳时间和免疫力，胸腺、脾脏指数分别为０．４４９和０．７１３；死双岐杆菌仅能提高小鼠的耐疲劳能力和免疫力。
n this study,live and heated bifidobacteria,with saline as the normal control,were fed mice o-rally once a day,Ten days later,cold,hot,fatigue resistance and thymus-,spleen-stimulatingindex of the mice were tested.It showed that all the perameters tested were improved significant-ly by live bifidobacteria;while only fatigue resistance and thymus-,spleen-stimulating imdexwere improved by heated bifidobacteria.
