摘要
本文对照西西弗书社的店规 ,剖析图书馆服务的不足 ,指出 :图书馆服务应是一种人文关怀 ;坚持免费服务是公共图书馆的公共本性 ;服务是一种互动 ,好的制度与读者的规则意识是良好服务的基础。
In comparison with the rules and bylaws of“SiSifu Shushe”this paper analyzes the insufficiency of library services and puts forward the following views the library services should be pay serious attention to the Humanism care,persisting the services in the free is the public function of the public libraries,the services is the exchange action,the good system and reader rule consciousness is the base of good services.
