摘要
文章针对高校图书馆规章制度中存在的侵犯读者权益的规定,从法律角度论证了其违法性,并提出图书馆规章制度中人文精神的缺失造成了读者对图书馆的抵触和不理解,并且严重影响了图书馆在读者心目中的地位。
This essay is concertrating on stipulations of violating readers rights which exist in universities library,it proved illegal from the laws angle,whats more,The author insists the losing of humanities of library regulation system that makes reader contradit and misunderstand.Meanwhile,it influences the librarys position in readers mind seriously.
