摘要
目的 :观察补阴方药对阴虚模型小鼠皮肤中透明质酸含量和皮肤含水百分率的作用。方法 :用温燥中药制备阴虚模型并以补阴中药治疗 ,检测各组小鼠皮肤中透明质酸含量和皮肤含水百分率。结果 :阴虚模型小鼠皮肤中透明质酸含量、皮肤含水百分率明显低于正常对照组。在经补阴方药治疗后 ,皮肤中透明质酸含量和皮肤含水百分率回升到正常范围。结论 :补阴方药可以促进皮肤中透明质酸形成。
Objective: To explore the effect of Yin-nourishing Herbs (YNH) on hyaluronic acid and water containing in skin of yin-deficiency model mouse. Methods: Fifty mouse were randomized into 5 groups: the yin-deficiency model group, the resuming group, the yin-nourishing treatment groups, control of 4 weeks group and control of 6 weeks group. Hyaluronic acid and water containing in skin were detected. Results: The hyaluronic acid and water containing in skin of yin-deficiency were found significantly lower than those of control group, after treatment with YNH, the hyaluronic acid and water containing in skin were improved to the normal level. Conclusion: The YNH can promote the form of hyaluronic acid.
