摘要
目的比较不同产地天门冬的抗氧化能力。方法采用D-半乳糖构建小鼠衰老模型,观察天门冬水提液对小鼠脑、肝和血清的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及对一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果天门冬水提液提高了衰老小鼠的脑、肝和血清等部位的NOS、SOD和CAT活性及NO含量,降低了MDA含量;不同产地天门冬的效果不同,贵州和湖南产天门冬对提高酶活性和NO含量及降低MDA含量较明显。结论天门冬通过提高抗氧化系统酶活性和NO含量,达到抗氧化的作用;贵州和湖南产天门冬可以作为天门冬优异品种进行引种栽培利用。
Objective To investigate the antioxidation mechanism and screen better germplasm of asparagus. Methods The activi ties of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the content of nitric oxide (NO) and malondi aldehyde (MDA) in brain, liver and blood serum of D-galactose-induced senile mice using water extract of asparagus. Results The water extract of asparagus increased the" activities of NOS, SOD and CAT and the content of NO, reduced the content of MDA in brain, liver blood serum. The different geographical origin of asparagus had different effects, the activities of NOS, SOD and CAT and the content of NO were the highest, the content of MDA was the lowest using extract of the of Guizhou and Hunan province. Conclusions The extract of asparagus achieves the role of antioxidant through increasing the enzyme activities of the antioxidant system and content of NO. And the asparagus of Guizhou and Hunan province have higher antioxidant capacity and can be introduced and ctiltivated as excellent varieties.
