摘要
采用柱前衍生 -RP -HPLC法测定 10个不同产地的青蒿药材中青蒿素的含量。采用Lichrospher 10 0RP -18e (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm ,MerckKgaA ,Germany)色谱柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol/L醋酸钠 -醋酸缓冲液 (pH 5 .8) (体积比6 2∶38)为流动相 ;检测波长 :2 6 0nm ;流速 :0 .5mL/min ;柱温 :2 5℃。结果表明该法准确重现性好 ,可以为青蒿质量标准的制订提供科学依据。
Qinghaosu in Herba Qrtemidiae Annuae from different places was determined with method of precolumn reaction to RP-HPLC. The column employed was Lichrospher 100 RP-18e (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm,Merck KgaA,Germany).The mobile phase was methanol-0.01 mol/L NaAC-HAC buffer (pH 5.8)(62∶38),the flow rate was set at 0.5 mL/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃ and wavelength was 260 nm. The results showed the method is accurate,rapid and repeatable.
