摘要
电力市场改革中一个不可忽视的部分是对保证电网安全性的各种辅助服务的分析与研究 ,旨在对辅助服务提供量化标准 ,独立计算成本以及提升辅助服务的质量 ,以最大限度地保证整个系统的安全运营。收集并研究了近年来国内外学者在电力市场辅助服务研究领域的成果以及经验教训 ,对辅助服务研究的新状况作了一个概述 ,在此基础上提出了国内与国外将来在辅助服务领域的重点研究方向。
The key part of power market reform is the research on the ancillary services that are responsible for the security of power network in order to product the standard of the quantity of ancillary services, to compute the cost of ancillary services and help to improve the quality of ancillary services, thus the security of the whole electricity system would be guaranteed. This paper mainly collects and makes research on the new achievements and the experiences of national and international ancillary services fields in power market in recent years. This paper also presents a general study on the current services ancillary researches and based on it this paper have addressed the main develop direction of the national and international services ancillary fields.
