摘要
建设和发展社会主义民主,是我国现代化建设的根本目标和根本任务之一,政治体制改革的目标是建设有中国特色的社会主义民主政治。社会主义与民主是不可分的,民主是社会主义的本质之一,生产资料的公有制,必然要求政治上的民主化。社会主义在本质上是民主的,民主是社会主义社会发展的客观要求。因此,探讨建设有中国特色的社会主义民主政治,是我们面临的一个重要课题。
While one of the basic targets and tasks for the building of modernization in China is to construct and develop socialist-democracy, the target for the reform of political system is to develop the Chinese-colored socialist-democratic politics. Socialism cannot be separated from democracy and democracy is one of the features of socialism. The public ownership of productive materials will definitely require democracy in politics. The essential feature of socialism is democracy and democracy is the objective need for the development of socialism. Therefore, how to develop Chinese-colored socialist-democratic politics is an important issue that the Chinese people are facing.
