摘要 目的 :研究藏药余甘子的化学成分。方法 :各种色谱法分离纯化 ,理化和现代波谱法鉴定结构。结果 :分离鉴定出 11个化合物 ,分别为没食子酸 (Ⅰ ) ,鞣花酸 (Ⅱ ) ,1 O 没食子酰基 β D 葡萄糖 (Ⅲ ) ,3,6 二 O 没食子酰基 D 葡萄糖 (Ⅳ ) ,诃子酸 (Ⅴ ) ,槲皮素 (Ⅵ ) ,诃黎勒酸 (Ⅶ ) ,鞣云实精 (Ⅷ ) ,3 乙基没食子酸 (3 ethoxy 4 ,5 dihydroxy benzoicacid ,Ⅸ ) ,isostrictiniin(Ⅹ ) ,1,6 二 O 没食子酰基 β D 葡萄糖 (Ⅺ )。 结论 :3 乙基没食子酸 (3 ethoxy 4 ,5 dihydroxy benzoicacid)为一新化合物 ,isostrictiniin为首次从余甘子中得到的化合物。 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Phyllanthus emblica . Method: Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents, and the structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses. Result: 11 compounds were isolated and identified as gallic acid(Ⅰ), ellagic acid(Ⅱ), 1- O -galloyl-β- D -glucose(Ⅲ), 3,6-di- O -galloyl- D -glucose(Ⅳ), chebulinic acid(Ⅴ), quercetin(Ⅵ), chebulagic acid(Ⅶ), corilagin(Ⅷ), 3-ethylgallic acid(3-ethoxy-4,5-dihydroxy-benzoic acid,Ⅸ), isostrictiniin(Ⅹ), 1,6-di- O -galloyl-β- D -glucose(Ⅺ). Conclusion: 3-ethylgallic acid(3-ethoxy-4,5-dihydroxy-benzoic acid) is a novel compound, and isostrictiniin was found from P. emblica for the first time.
