摘要
建立铁(Ⅲ)-硫氰酸钾-乙基紫三元络合物光度法测定水中微量铁的新方法,该络合物的最大吸收波长为510 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=9.26×104L/(mol@cm),铁(Ⅲ)在0~20μg/(25 mL)范围内符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为A=0.01+0.386X,相关系数r=0.9999,回收率为96.5%~98.0%,检出限为0.0082μg/mL,测量结果的相对标准偏差为1.64%~1.79%.
A new method has been developed for spectrophotometric determination of trace Fe( Ⅲ) with ternary complex Fe(Ⅲ) - potassium thiocyanate - ethyl violet system. The maximum wavelength of the complex is 510 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity of the colour system is e =9. 26 x 104L/( mol. cm) , Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of 0 -20μg/(25 mL) for Fe(Ⅲ),the regression equation is A -0. 01 +0. 0386X, the correlative coefficient is 0.9999, the recovery is 96.5%-98.0% and the detection limit is 0.008 2μg/mL, the RSD is 1.64% -1.79%.
