摘要
目的：研究中药（加味保元汤）对束缚应激小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响方法：80只小鼠随机等分成正常组、应激组、应激加药组和应激加水组，用巨噬细胞体内吞噬法，测其吞噬率结果：应激组与正常组比较，应激组吞噬率明显降低（P＜0.01）；应激加药组与应激组比较，应激加药组吞噬率明显升高（P＜0.01）；应激加水组与应激组比较，吞噬率无明显改变（P＞0.05）；应激加药组与正常组比较，吞噬率无明显改变（P＞0.05）．
Objective: To study the effect of Baoyuan liquor on macrophage phagocytosis of mice byrestraint stress. Methed: Eighty mice were divided randomly into normal group, stress group, stress group added Baoyuan liquor and stress group added water to detect the phagocytic rate by means of phagocytosis within body. Results: Between stress group and normal group, the phogocytic rate of stress group decreased (P<0.01), between stress group added Baoyuan and stress group, the phagocytic rate of stress group added Baoyuan increased (P<0.01), between stress group added water and stress group, the phagocytic rate had no changes (P>0.05), between stress group added Baoyuan and stress group added water, the phagocytic rate of stress group added Baoyuan increased (P<0.01), between stress group added Baoyuan and normal group, phagocytic rate hardly changed (P>0.05). Conclusion: Baoyuan liquor plays a protective role on macrophage phagocytosis of mice by reslraint stress.
