摘要 介绍了用房室分析方法研究蛋白质动态代谢规律的数学模型,建立了蛋白质动态代谢的三室模型并给出了用单剂量终末产物法求解改模型参数的具体方法。 In this article, the mathematical model of compartmental analysis method is introduced, the three compartment model of protein metabolism is set up and the way to solve out the related index by single dose end product method is also presented.
