摘要
目的 结合心电图、生化等指标观察严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者心脏及腹部各脏器超声影像学改变。方法 采用床旁超声观察我院SARS患者 5 7例 ,与相应正常参考值比较 ,分析所见指标改变与SARS的关系。结果 超声心动图显示各指标改变无显著差异 ,但肝脏、脾脏增大具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 SARS患者肝脏、脾脏在超声影像学的改变与SARS病毒的侵袭有关。超声心动图观察到部分病人左室增大 ,但是差异不显著。
Objective To evaluate the ultrasound image changes on heart and abdomen of SARS patients combining with the changes of ECG(electrocardiogram) and biochemistry. Methods Fifty-seven SARS patients were observed with para-bed ultrasound, the measured values were compared with the normal reference values, the relationship between the alterations and SARS was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in ECG between SARS and normal reference values, but it was significantly different on liver and spleen accretion in SARS patients (P<0.001). Conclusion These ultrasound image changes on liver and spleen with SARS disease may be related to SARS virus. Some cases' echocardiograms show LVDED enlarged, but there is no significant difference.
