骨肉瘤MRI与p53表达及其存活期的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究MRI所显示的骨肉瘤大小与 p5 3表达及患者三年存活之间的关系 ,探讨MRI影像能否反映骨肉瘤的生物学行为及与预后的关系。方法 对术前MRI各序列上的 (SE序列T1WI、T2WI,STIR ,增强后T1WI)横断位、矢状位、冠状位显示的肿瘤大小进行仔细测量 ,与X线平片、手术结果对照 ,对反应骨肉瘤生物学行为的 p5 3表达进行分析 ,并与术后三年随访结果对照分析。结果 运用Spearman’s非参数检验分析 ,MRI显示的肿瘤最大横向径值比、横径 /纵径比与三年生存随访结果、p5 3表达之间无相关性 ,无明显统计学差异。结论 MRI显示的骨肉瘤大小不能作为判断骨肉瘤恶性程度的指标之一。 Objective To explore relationship among MRI, protein expression of p53 and three-year survival ratios in osteosarcoma patients.Methods The protein expression of p53 was detected by immunohistochemical methods in 28 patients with osteosarcoma proved by surgery and pathology.Results There was no correlation among the tumor size and extension on MRI, the protein expression of p53 and the three-year survival of osteosarcoma patients, which was analyzed by logistic regression.Conclusion The tumor size and extension on MRI can not be acted as one of the important roles in predicting malignant degree of the osteosarcoma.
