摘要
基于过氧化氢酶对Luminol-KIO4-H2O2体系化学发光反应的抑制作用,建立了流动注射化学发光快速测定过氧化氢酶的新方法.该方法线性2~200unit/L,检出限为0.7unit/L,对50unit/L过氧化氢酶10次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.4%.用于土壤中过氧化氢酶活性的测定,与高锰酸钾滴定法相比,结果令人满意.
A chemiluminescence suppression method for the determination of catalase activity based on Luminol-KIO_4-H_2O_2-catalase system was established. The linear range of the method for the determination of the catalase activity is 2~200 unit/L and the detection limit is 0.7 unit/L. The relative standard deviation(n=10) is 0.4% for 50 unit/L catalase. The method was used to determine the activity of catalase in soil with satisfactory results as compared with the standard method, potassium permanganate titration.
