摘要
目的 :控制石韦药材质量 ,建立石韦药材中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 :HPLC法测定石韦药材中绿原酸的含量 ,用hypersilODS 2柱 ,流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水 (9.4∶2 .6∶88) ,醋酸调 pH为 3.0 ,检测波长 32 5nm。结果 :此法绿原酸对照品线性关系良好 (r =0 .9990 ) ,平均回收率达 10 0 .0 6 % ,相对标准偏差RSD =1.4 7%。结论 :本法方便、快速、准确、重现性好 ,可应用于石韦药材的质量控制。
Objective: To control the quality of Folium Pyrrosiae. We established the content determination method of chlorogenic acid in it. Method:HPLC was performed to determine the content of chlorogenic acid on ODS 2 column with a mobile phase of methanol Acetonitrile Water(9.4∶2.6∶88),which pH was adjusted to 3.0 with Acetic acid. UV detection was perfor med at 325nm. Result:The linearity of chlorogenic acid standard was well and the average recovery was 100.07%, RSD=1.47%( n=6). Conclusion:This method was convenient, quick, accurate, stead and available for quality control of Folium pyrrosiae.\;
