摘要
目的:建立山绿茶药材的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别山绿茶药材中芦丁;采用HPLC法测定山绿茶药材中绿原酸与芦丁的含量。结果:TLC鉴别芦丁斑点清晰,绿原酸进样量在0.01082-0.8656μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000,平均回收率为96.53%,RSD为1.41%。芦丁进样量在0.02028-1.6224μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.15%,RSD为2.00%。结论:所建立的质量控制方法灵敏,简便,重现性好,可用于山绿茶药材的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the method for quality control of Ilex hainanensis Merr..Methods： Rutin of Ilex hainanensis Merr.was identified by TLC.HPLC was used to determine the contents of rutin and chlorogenic acid.Results： Rutin spot on TLC plates was clear.The linear range of chlorogenic acid was good from 0.01082μg-0.8656μg,r=1.000,the average recovery was 96.53%（RSD=1.41%）.The linear range of rutin was good from 0.02028μg-1.6224μg,r=0.9997,the average recovery was 99.15%（RSD=2.00%）.Conclusion： The method was accurate,simple and reproducible which can be applied to the quality control of Ilex hainanensis Merr..
