摘要
服务,是金融业的灵魂,是金融经营永恒的主题;不断地提升服务,是金融业不懈的追求。国内金融业要顺应社会经济的发展要求,积极应对日益剧烈的市场竞争,必须从强化服务意识、提升服务理念、改善服务态度、优化服务礼仪、完善服务内容与方式、改进服务手段等方面入手,以尽快地提升我国金融业的整体服务水平。
Service is the soul of financial industry and a perpetual topic for financial operation; continuous promoting service level is a sustained persuit for financial industries. For adapting the development requirements of social economy and coping with increasingly strong market competition, Chinas financial industries must take such measures as enhancing service awareness, promoting service conception, optimizing service etiquette, consummating service contents and ways, improving service means, etc. so as to promote the whole service level in Chinas financial industries as quickly as possible.
