摘要
环境影响评价法的主要作用是,预防因规划实施后对环境造成的不良影响,实施可持续发展战略,促进经济、社会和环境的协调发展。我国环境影响评价法的制定和实施标志着我国环境与资源立法步入了一个新的历史阶段,意义十分重大。
The main uses of the evaluation method about the influential factors of environment can be described as preclusion of the unbeneficial influences on the environment due to enforcement of a plan, as conduct of the strategy of continuing development, and as promotion of the coordinating development of economy, society and environment. The formation and enforcement of evaluation method about environment in China marked a new phase which the legislation of environment and resource has entered into. It is extremely significant in this sense.
