玻璃窑炉的分程解耦控制系统

摘要 在玻璃窑炉的控制系统中,窑炉温度的稳定最为重要。由于窑炉温度和油压之间存在强耦合,严重影响传统控制的品质。在当前窑炉温度控制技术的基础上,运用微机进行控制,提出了一种针对玻璃窑炉工艺和调节阀特点的分程解耦控制方法,硬件采用RS485总线标准建立工业控制网络系统,具有良好的抗干扰性。监控软件用GE NEE3 0实现,做到了人机界面友好、操作方便。现场运行结果表明,该系统具有很大的推广价值。 Stabilizing furnace temperature is one of the most important issues in the control system for glass furnace. The quality of traditional control is influenced by coupling between the temperature of furnace and the pressure of oilcan. The computer control system is on the basis of the current control technique for furnace temperature.Due to the characteristics of glass furnace and control value, a method of branch decoupling control is proposed. The industrial control network system with good performace of antidisturbance is set up according to the bus standard of RS 485. The software is implemented based on GENIE 3\^0 with good manmachine interface and the system is convenient for operation.
