摘要
某公司筒体温度存在滞后大、建模困难等难题。原程序外方公司基于PLC开发,并加密,无法读取相关的数据和控制策略。本质化安全改造,需在PKS-C300上实现。通过重点分析新型分程控制系统在造粒机筒体温控中的数据应用及控制策略,探索出一条新型分程控制来代替专用系统之路,先后经历了三次大的控制算法摸索与调整。最终选用新型分程控制方法,控制偏差达到±1℃以内,创造了312天的长周期新记录,200天长周期已常态化,带来良好的环境和经济效益。
The cylinder temperature of a company has many problems,such as large hysteresis and difficulty in modeling.The original program was developed by the foreign company based on PLC and encrypted,so the relevant data and control strategy could not be read.Intrinsic security transformation needs to be implemented on PKS-C300.It has experienced three times of large control algorithm exploration and adjustment.Finally,a new split range control method was selected,and the control deviation was within±1℃,creating a new record of 312 days long cycle,and the 200 day long cycle has been normalized.This paper will focus on the analysis of the new split range control system.A new split range control is explored to replace the dedicated system,bringing good environmental and economic benefits.
