摘要
目的测定体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)周期中取卵日人卵泡液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平,并探讨其与胚胎发育质量的关系。 方法用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)方法测定48例行IVF—ET患者取卵日卵泡液中VEGF、TGF—β、IL-6水平,与该患者胚胎评分的平均分做相关性检验。 结果取卵日卵泡液中VEGF水平(715.25±240.79)pg/ml,与胚胎评分呈负相关(P<0.001)。TGF—β水平(55.62±10.40)pg/ml,与胚胎评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。IL-6水平(24.03±6.68)pg/ml,与胚胎评分无显著相关(P>0.05)。 结论卵泡液中VEGF与TGF-β可影响胚胎质量,由之评价促排卵方案效果并预测胚胎发育潜能。
Objective To measure the concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) , transforming growth factor β(TGF -β)and interleukin 6 ( IL - 6 ) in individual ovarian follicle fluid (FF) on the day of oocyte' s retrieval, and to examine their relationships with the development quality of the corresponding embryos. Methods Forty - eight patients underwent 48 cycles of in vitro fertilization -embryo transfer. Concentrations of VEGF,TGF -β and IL - 6 in follicle fluids at the day of oocyte retrieval were measured by enzyme -linked immunoabsorbent assay ( ELISA) . Correlation coefficients of these factors and corresponding embryo quality were calculated. Results VEGF concentration in FF was(715. 25 ±240. 79)pg/ml,which had negative correlation with embryo quality(P <0. 001) ,while TGF -β concentration in FF was (55. 62 ± 10. 40 ) pg/ml, which had positive correlation with embryo quality ( P < 0.001) ,and IL-6 concentration in FF was(24. 03±6. 68) pg/ml,had no correlation with embryo quality ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion VEGF and TGF -β may play an important role as intraovarian regulators in the process of oocyte' s development and thus influence embryo quality. Their level may serve to evaluate the efficacy of superovulation and predict the developmental potential of embryos.
