摘要
研究了十几种稀土氧化物(REO)对Pt/Al_2O_3的重整反应的助催化作用。结果表明,它们对脱氢环化反应都有促进作用,而对氢解反应有抑制作用。为了探明REO对Pt/Al_2O_3的助催化作用机理,采用了TEM、IRS、TPR、TPD、HOT及竞争加氢法等进行综合研究,证明REO促进了Pt在η-Al_2O_3表面的分散,使按分立原子态分散的Pt原子的数目增多,同时REO对Pt具有以给电子为特征的电子配位体效应。这两种效应使得Pt的脱氢环化活性提离,氢解活性下降。
The promotion effect of ten odd Rare Earth Oxides (REO) on Pt/Al_2O_3 reforming catalyst was studied. It was found that all of them promoted the dehydrocyclization activity and reduced the hydrogenolysis activity. TEM, IRS, TPD, HOT and CHR (competitive hydrogenation reaction) methods were used for studying the promotion mechanism of REO, showing that: (1) REO improve the dispersion of Pt on η-Al_2O_3, and increase the number of isolated atomic Pt; (2)REO act as electron donor and alleviate the electrophilic character of Pt. It is suggested that these two effects are the causes for REO to promote the dehydrocyclization activity and to reduce the hydrogenolysis activity of Pt/Al_2O_3 catalyst.
