简述了国内外连续重整商业催化剂技术最新进展,详细介绍了新牌号商业催化剂在保证高水热稳定性、高持氯能力、低磨耗基础上,通过引入新的助剂组元提高了催化剂选择性、降低了积炭速率,并根据不同市场需求实现了连续重整催化剂“量体裁衣”式的研发和生产。
The recent technical progress of commercialized catalyst in continuous catalytic reforming is reviewed.By introducing proprietary promoter metals,the new generation of CCR catalyst products provides superior selectivity and lower coke make,as well good hydrothermal stability,high attrition resistant and chloride retention ability.Different kinds of models of the new generation of CCR commercialized catalysts have been developed to satisfy the various special requirement of market eustomem.
