摘要
报道了最新研制的无铬铁系催化剂(W-201)在内径20毫米石英挡板流化床上500小时稳定性试验结果及在内径24毫米不锈钢无挡板细粒子流化床上的评价结果。为了考察该催化剂的体、表相结构及铁的化学状态的变化情况,对催化剂分别进行了X光衍射分析(XRD)、X光电子能谱(XPS)、富利叶变红外分析(FT IR)和穆斯鲍尔谱分析(NGR)的测试。测试表明,W-201催化剂具有稳定的体、表相结构和良好的氧化还原能力。完全可以适应粗粒子挡板流化床的长时间反应,对细粒子床的应用也显示了令人鼓舞的前景。
A new type of non-chrome ferrite catalyst (W-201) for the oxidative dehydrogenation of n-butene has been developed. The 500h catalytic stability test was carried out in a quartz baffle fluidized-bed reactor of 20mm in diameter and ca talytic pertormance evaluated in a stainless non-baffle fine particle fluidined-bed reactor of 20 mm in diameter. The bulk and snrtace structure of the cataiyst as well as the chemical state of iron in the catalyst have been characterized by XRD,XPS, FTIR and NGR. The results show that W-201 catalyst has a stabte bulk and surface structure as well as excellent power for oxidation and reduction. It is completely suitable for long-term operation in a coarse particle baffle fluidizedbed reactor, and exibits inspiring promise for application to fine particle fluidzedbed reactor.
